Patient Survey: The survey carried out for  2016/17, has been thoroughly reviewed by the PPG and practice representatives. It has been jointly agreed that, due to errors within the survey and with the online data collection, the survey will be run again later in the year. The results will be published in full when completed.

Patient Survey Comments Guidance

Following reviewing the survey results and comments, and also following discussion with our PPG, it was felt that patients may benefit with further feedback and clarification on some of the recurrent comments made through the survey. This document aims to aknowledge these concerns and provide more information.
